Minimum Ordering Amount

This is a wholesale jewelry web site.

• For US domestic ordering, minimum order is US$100 for every time you place order.
• For Canada domestic ordering, minimum order is CDN$100 for every time you place order.
• For international ordering, minimum order is US$100.
• Free shipping by UPS ground to US and Canada.
• If you make an order under USD$100 or CAD$100, a shipping and handling charge of USD$50 or CAD$50 will be added into the total invoice when check out.

  4. Credit card number, expired date, card holder's name and signature

Duties, Taxes And Customs

• For USA: No taxes, no duties and no customs charge for orders ship to any USA address. What you see is what you pay. We will ship out your order either from our US office or Canada office. In the event we need to ship your order from Canada office ( for example, if US office run out of some items you order but Canada office have those items in stock), we will clear the US customs and paid for the duties on our own expense.
  
  
• For Canada: No duties and no customs charge since we ship out your order from Vancouver Canada. GST or HST will apply for all orders ship to Canada address. No PST charge for customers outside of B.C.. Customers from the province of B.C. will be charged only GST if a PST number is provided; if no B.C. PST number, GST and PST will be charged.
  
  
• For International countries: Customers outside of USA and Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The rules vary country by country and you should contact your local customs office and shipping office for further information.

  Shipping Within USA and Canada

• We provide free shipping for all jewelry orders by UPS regular ground service to continental USA and Canada.
• Faster shipping options:
  1. Ship within US: US$25(1LB or under) for UPS 2 business days delivery. US$35 (1LB or under) for UPS next business day. Prices changes when the weigh vary. Please contact us for exact shipping cost.
  2. Ship within Canada: CDN$20 to CDN$30 for UPS next business days depend on the destination for 1LB or under. Prices changes when the weigh vary. Please contact us for exact shipping cost.
     
     

Returns and Guarantees

We guarantee our products and services. In the unlikely event of a defective products or dissatisfaction, simply return it within 5 days for a refund or credit on purchase prices of all items returned. Please contact us before sending the return items and and we will issue a return authorization # . We does not pay for the cost for sending back the items. Products returned must be unused and in resale condition.

Because we have a large number of merchandises and online web pages, it is not possible for us to update this web site every day. We usually update the new arrivals each month and out of stock items every 1 to 2 weeks. If some items in your order are out of stock, we will either take it off the order then refund or credit your account, or will substitute similar designs of products.
