Gemstone Information - Carnelian
Carnelian, a red form of chalcedony, was worn on the hand
in ancient Egypt to still anger, jealousy, env and hatred. It is still
used to promote peace and harmony and to dispel depression.
The carnelian strengthens the voice, provides self-confidence
and confers eloquence on the spearker. It also worn to prevent skin
diseases, insanity, nose bleeds and all blood diseases, and as a general
health-inducer.
Carnelian is also worn to stimulate sexual impulses.
