Gemstone Information - Sphene
This greenish yellow stone is rarely found in transparent
crystals. It is seldom used in jewelry due to its softness. Sphene is
a Greek word for "wedge" (describing the shape of its crystals).
When found, it is used to improve the mind and the processing
of information. It is excellent for studying, theorizing and debating.
Sphene is also worn to promote spiritual enlightenment
during meditation and mystic rituals.
